One of our early projects was the landscaping of a cottage garden in north Norfolk. Here, the clients had commissioned architects and builders to substantially extend the property.
They also instructed Timothy Carless of Timothy Garden Design to draw up plans and supervise the creation of an entirely new garden.
The site posed various challenges due to the majority of the garden and the surrounding landscape being higher than the house’s floor level. This meant that the scope of our work included earth-moving, very precise drainage runs, and the installation of a pumping chamber to remove excess water from the lowest spot near the house.
